Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to inquiries, quotations, samples, wholesale orders, custom manufacturing and other business placed with Double Blades. By confirming an order, the buyer agrees to the terms applicable to the quotation or proforma invoice issued for that order.

1. Product Inquiries & Quotations

Buyers should provide the relevant product names or article numbers, required quantities, destination country and any specifications, customization details or reference images. We will review the requirements and provide the applicable pricing, quantities, sample terms, estimated production time and shipping information.

Quotations are based on the information supplied by the buyer and may be revised if quantities, specifications, materials, finishing, packaging, destination or shipping requirements change.

2. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities may vary according to the product, manufacturing method, customization requirements and order value. Applicable quantities will be confirmed during quotation.

3. Samples

Samples may be available for catalog products, custom developments or buyer-specific specifications. Sample prices, development charges and shipping costs, where applicable, will be confirmed before the sample is prepared or dispatched.

Where a sample is approved for production, the buyer is responsible for reviewing the design, dimensions, materials, finish and other agreed specifications before bulk production begins.

4. Custom Manufacturing, OEM & Private Label

Double Blades supports custom manufacturing, OEM requirements, private labeling and buyer-specific specifications where technically and commercially practical.

Custom products are manufactured according to the specifications, samples, drawings, measurements or other requirements approved during the ordering process. Changes requested after production has started may affect price and delivery time.

5. Order Confirmation & Payment

An order is considered confirmed when the buyer accepts the quotation or proforma invoice and completes any payment requirement stated for that order.

Payment terms, currency and banking instructions will be stated on the applicable quotation or proforma invoice. Buyers should make payments only using payment details officially provided by Double Blades.

6. Production Time

Production time depends on the product type, quantity, materials, customization requirements and current production schedule. The estimated production period will be communicated during quotation or order confirmation.

Production schedules are estimates and may be affected by changes to specifications, material availability, approval delays or circumstances outside reasonable control.

7. Quality Inspection

Quality inspection is carried out during production and before final packing. Depending on the product, checks may include materials, dimensions, alignment, assembly, finishing, workmanship and comparison with approved samples or buyer specifications.

8. Packaging

Products are packed according to their size, construction, destination and shipping method. Appropriate protective packing is used to reduce the risk of damage during normal transportation and handling.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders may be shipped by international courier, air cargo, sea freight or another agreed method according to the requirements of the shipment.

Shipping charges and estimated transit times are confirmed according to destination, weight, dimensions, shipment method and available carrier rates. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, security procedures or other circumstances outside our control.

10. Customs, Duties & Import Requirements

Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, permits, licenses and other destination-country requirements that may apply to the shipment.

The buyer is also responsible for confirming that the products ordered may legally be imported, purchased, possessed and used in the destination country, state, province or local jurisdiction.

11. Age & Legal Responsibility

Some products offered by Double Blades may be subject to age restrictions or local laws. Buyers must be of the legal age required in their jurisdiction and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to purchase, importation, possession, resale and use.

12. Damage, Shortage or Incorrect Goods

Buyers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery. Any claim relating to shipping damage, shortage or incorrect goods should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible with the relevant order information and clear photographs or other supporting evidence.

After review, an appropriate solution may include replacement, repair, credit or another mutually agreed resolution depending on the circumstances of the claim.

13. Custom & Buyer-Specific Products

Products manufactured specifically to an approved buyer design, specification, branding or customization may not be eligible for cancellation or return after production has started, except where otherwise agreed or where there is a verified manufacturing defect.

14. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications and images accurately. Because many products involve hand finishing and production processes, minor variations in appearance, dimensions, finish, materials or workmanship may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.

15. Intellectual Property & Buyer-Supplied Designs

Where a buyer supplies artwork, trademarks, logos, designs or other intellectual property for custom production, the buyer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials and to authorize their use for the requested production.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

Double Blades is not responsible for losses arising from unlawful importation, possession, resale, misuse or use of products contrary to applicable laws or safety requirements. Buyers are responsible for determining the suitability and legality of products for their intended market and purpose.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The terms applicable to a specific confirmed order will be those agreed through the relevant quotation, proforma invoice or written correspondence.
