Our Manufacturing & Production Process

Our production work covers a broad range of collectible swords, knives, axes, helmets, shields, armor and related historical and fantasy-inspired products. Each project is reviewed according to its design, materials, dimensions, finishing requirements and intended order quantity.

From established catalog products to buyer-specific developments, we coordinate the manufacturing process from initial specifications through production, finishing, inspection and packing. Samples or reference specifications can be used where required before proceeding with larger production quantities.

Our manufacturing capabilities support a wide variety of metal, leather, wood and related components used across our specialist product range. Depending on the product, production may involve forging, blade shaping, grinding, polishing, assembly, handle work, leather work, surface finishing and final packaging.

Quality inspection is carried out throughout the production process and before final packing. Checks may include materials, dimensions, alignment, assembly, finishing, workmanship and comparison with approved samples or buyer specifications.

Custom manufacturing, OEM production and private-label requirements are welcome for suitable projects. Buyers can provide drawings, dimensions, reference images, material requirements, branding instructions and packaging specifications for review and quotation.
